  • The deals
We scan prices across multiple platforms daily, monitoring cheap international flight routes from South African airports for price drops, error fares and hidden airline sales. Every deal is verified live before we send it – if it’s in your inbox, you can still book it.
 
An error fare is when an airline or booking platform accidentally prices an international flight far below its true value – due to a currency conversion error, a technical glitch, or a mistake in the fare rules. Airlines usually honour these bookings, but they disappear fast. Being on the Jet Set Go list gives you the best chance of catching them.
 
It varies. Regular international sale fares might last a few days. Error fares can disappear within hours. We send deals as soon as we find and verify them – so the sooner you act, the better your chances.
 
We verify every deal before sending it, but international flight prices can change between when we send the alert and when you click through. The prices shown are the best available at time of sending – we always recommend booking quickly.

Visa requirements vary by destination. Our travel guides include SA-specific visa information for each country. For Europe, most SA travellers need a Schengen visa. Dubai, Bali, and Thailand offer visa-on-arrival or e-visa options for SA passport holders. Japan is currently visa-free for SA passports up to 90 days.

We send one weekly international deal digest. If an exceptional error fare appears outside our normal schedule, we may send an additional alert – but we never spam. One to two emails per week at most.
